For the investigation is used a mixed method, applying 300 quizzes, also an interview with an expert about corporate image and another interview with the head of human management of the Saga Falabella retail. The study shows that job placement does positive influence on the corporate image of department stores by approximately 65%.

Asimismo, con la ley 29973 que entró en vigor en diciembre del 2012, estas prácticas se han fortalecido e incrementado. Por eso, con la presente investigación se busca determinar en qué medida la inserción laboral tiene influencia en la imagen corporativa de las tiendas por departamento. Se emplea un método mixto, aplicando 300 encuestas, así como una entrevista a una experta en el tema de imagen corporativa y otra entrevista al jefe de gestión humana de la tienda Saga Falabella.
