Este volumen compila artículos arbitrados organizados en dos secciones: «La gestión de recursos hídricos en el contexto del COVID-19» y «Los servicios públicos de agua potable y saneamiento en el contexto del COVID-19». Esperamos que este libro contribuya al debate académico sobre el rol del Derecho de aguas frente a los retos que supone la pandemia por el COVID-19.
