Las preguntas que giran en torno a este análisis se refieren a los factores que pudieron tener un rol, positivo o negativo, en la incorporación de estándares de derechos humanos en materia de administración de justicia que puedan aplicarse a casos en los que estén presentes miembros de pueblos indígenas. Se espera que esta investigación no sea únicamente un aporte para los estudios de la antropología en el Perú, sino también un aliciente para otros investigadores interesados en entender las dimensiones socioculturales del Derecho en realidades complejas como la nacional.
