La técnica que se utilizara será la encuesta a través del instrumento:¨Instrumento para evaluar la adherencia a tratamientos en pacientes con factores de riesgo cardiovascular ¨,para identificar los factores asociados a la adherencia del tratamiento antiagregantes plaquetario, el instrumento está compuesto de 24 ítems dividido en cuatro dimensiones: factores socioeconómicos, factores relacionados con el proveedor: sistema y equipo de salud, factores relacionados con el tratamiento y factores relacionados con el paciente y será medido en ventaja para adherencia al tratamiento, riesgo para no desarrollar comportamientos de adherencia y no responde con comportamientos de adherencia. Durante todo el estudio se tendrán en cuenta los principios éticos.

The technique that will be used will be the survey through the instrument: ¨Instrument to evaluate adherence to treatments in patients with cardiovascular risk factors ¨, to identify the factors associated with adherence to antiplatelet treatment, the instrument is composed of 24 items divided into four dimensions: socioeconomic factors, factors related to the provider: health system and team, factors related to treatment and factors related to the patient and will be measured in advantage for adherence to treatment, risk for not developing adherence behaviors and not responds with adherence behaviors.
