La mutación más común en CPCNP (CPCNP) es el EGFR, y el tratamiento con inhibidores de tirosina quinasa (TKIs) ha demostrado ser un tratamiento altamente especifico disminuyendo significativamente la mortalidad y siendo menos toxico que otras terapias. El 64% de los pacientes con CPCNP presentan genes accionables como EGFR, ALK, ROS1, ERBB2, MET, BRAF, KRAS, NTRK1/2/3 y RET. La estrategia actual de distintas investigaciones propone ensayos clínicos que combinen terapias incorporando biomarcadores como el PD-L1, la medición de la carga mutacional del tumor y la validación del ADN circulante en plasma. Objetivos: Describir la frecuencia de mutaciones Diana y PDL-1 en Cáncer de Pulmón metastásico de Células No Pequeñas en un Hospital General de Lima- Perú durante los Años 2021-2022 Metodología: Se realizará una investigación observacional(longitudinal), tipo cohorte retrospectiva a pacientes con diagnostico CPCNP metastásico con resultado a mutaciones diana y medición de PDL-1 mediante distintas pruebas moleculares en el Hospital Cayetano Heredia desde el 2021 hasta el 2022. Se reportará un análisis descriptivo, y bivariado mediante el Log-rank-Test y Breslow o Tarone-ware según el tipo de la variable.
