Objetivo: Identificar cuáles son los cuidados de enfermería para mantener la integridad del tabique nasal en recién nacidos prematuros con uso de ventilación a presión positiva no invasiva CPAP. Metodología: el diseño utilizado fue la revisión bibliográfica, a través de la búsqueda y selección de artículos desarrollados entre el 2015 y el 2021, ubicados en bases de datos académicas: PubMed, Scielo, Science Direct, Dialnet, Cochrane. Conclusión: Se concluye que los cuidados de enfermería para mantener la integridad del tabique nasal en recién nacidos prematuros con uso de ventilación a presión positiva no invasiva CPAP, se desarrollan desde el mismo momento que los recién nacidos prematuros ingresan al área de cuidados intensivos neonatales y continúan hasta su recuperación. Así, de los artículos seleccionados y analizados el 70% evidenciaron las acciones de enfermería durante el CPAP, el 15% antes de la intervención y 15% después del mismo.

Objective: To identify the nursing care to maintain the integrity of the nasal septum in premature newborns with the use of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation CPAP. Methodology: the design used was the bibliographic review, through the search and selection of articles developed between 2015 and 2021, located in academic databases: PubMed, Scielo, Science Direct, Dialnet, Cochrane.
