Both groups were evaluated on the institutional climate as a pretest; after nine sessions, a posttest was taken fromthe participating teachers; The control and experimental groups were made up of 34 teachers each; The teachers belong to an educational institution in the Lima district of Los Olivos. The results showed that the experimental group had a significant development of the institutional climate; this when comparing the pretest and posttest; while in the control group the institutional climate was maintained; The parameter used to compare for the related groups was T-Student.Se realizó un estudio que busca determinar el impacto del desarrollo de actividades gimnásticas grupales de parte de los docentes para mejorar el clima institucional en el conjunto de profesores de una institución educativa estatal de la ciudad de Lima; para lo cual se consideró una investigación donde, basándose en estrategias de trabajo en grupo teniendo como base las actividades gimnásticas se realizó una investigación considerando un grupo control y un grupo experimental. A ambos grupos se les evaluó el clima institucional como pretest, luego de nueve sesiones se tomó un postest a los docentes participantes; los grupos control y experimental, estuvieron conformados por 34 docentes cada uno; los docentes pertenecen a una institución educativa del distrito limeño de Los Olivos.
