It is shown how using disruptive technologies such as the smartphone and some applications that are found for free in said devices help us to be able to generate and transmit valuable information that significantly helps learning in a synchronous way. Asynchronous dental education seeks to generate quality didactic material to promote corporate learning of students using technologies typical of the millennial generation.El modelo de aprendizaje asíncrono es una posibilidad que podemos hacer uso y resulta realmente valioso y oportuno, más aún en estos momentos que la manera de aprender y generar aprendizajes significativos han sufrido un cambio radical. Se muestra cómo usando tecnologías disruptivas como el teléfono inteligente y algunos aplicativos que se encuentran de manera gratuita en dichos dispositivos nos ayudan a poder generar y transmitir información valiosa que ayuda de manera significativa al aprendizaje de manera síncrona.
