Sumario:Organizational culture reflects a company’s identity and makes it possible to increase added value. A positive and solid culture fosters a work environment in which employees feel motivated and committed, representing a competitive advantage and a key factor in improving work performance. This research aims to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and employee work performance in a food company. For this descriptive and correlational study with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, data were collected through two Likert-type surveys directed to 30 workers. The data were statistically analyzed, and it was concluded that a direct and positive correlation exists between the variables, confirming the hypotheses.
