Analytical results were compared with a commercial sample of stevia.Se realizaron extracciones acuosas, controlando el pH con CaCO3 e Ca(OH)2, se utilizaron como clarificantes carbón activado y arcillas activadas en soluciones frías y calientes; de ello se obtuvo los mejores resultados con bentonita en frío, arcilla activada y carbón activado en caliente.
