DIMENSIONES DE LA ACTITUD AMBIENTAL EN UNIVERSITARIOS DE LA CIUDAD DE TRUJILLO, 2020

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue elaborar un instrumento que permita evaluar la actitud ambiental a través de sus componentes: afectivo, conductual y cognitivo, con una muestra de 396 jóvenes pertenecientes a tres universidades de la provincia de Trujillo Departamento de La Libertad Perú. Los participantes desarrollaron un cuestionario virtual en Google Forms, diseñado específicamente para propósitos de este estudio, construido en base a la escala de actitudes ambientales hacia problemas específicos. Según los resultados, los jóvenes se ubican en la escala A (alto) en las dimensiones afectiva y conductual y en la cognitiva en la escala B (medio), en cuanto a la actitud ambiental global se sitúan en nivel alto con actitud ambientalista líder, es decir, revelan muy buena actitud y afectividad, además manifiestan un claro conocimiento de la situación actual y futura del ambiente. Abstract The objective of this research was to establish the characteristics of the environmental attitude in university students, whi ch wereidentified through the components: affective, behavioral and cognitive, with a sample of 396 young people belonging to thre euniversities in the province of Trujillo Department of La Libertad Peru. The participants developed an online questionnaire e laborated in Google Forms, specifically designed for the purposes of the study, built on the basis of the scale of environmental attitudes towards specific problems. According to the results, young people are located on the A scale (high) in the affective and behavioral dimensions and in the cognitive one on the B scale (medium), in terms of the global environmental attitude they ar e located at a high level with a leading environmental attitude, that is, they reveal a very good attitude and affectivity, and they also show a clear knowl edge of the current and future situation of the environment. The results of this study can be used for future research.
