The work was correlational descriptive, with the stratified sample of 362 owners of properties in the city of Pasco. The instruments were the survey and questionnaire about traffic real state legal, design by the researcher. The results show that there is a significant correlation degree between the variables of study with a contingency coefficient, c= 0.71 and a chi square a= 0.05 and 5 Gl for a contingency table X2 calculated=262.00 greater than the value of X2 table= 11.070, rejecting the Ho, indicating that there is no relationship between the declaration of factory and real estate traffic legal. Also the declaration of factory nonregistered prevails with respect to the registered and the predominant real estate traffic legal is the offer devalued because the factory is not registered in the sample.El propósito del presente trabajo fue establecer la asociación entre las variables declaratoria de fábrica y tráfico jurídico inmobiliario en propietarios de predios urbanos de la ciudad de Cerro de Pasco. El trabajo fue de tipo descriptivo correlacional, en una muestra estratificada de 262 propietarios de predios de la ciudad de Pasco. Los instrumentos estuvieron constituidos por una encuesta y cuestionario sobre tráfico jurídico inmobiliario de predios, diseñado por el investigador. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que existe un grado de correlación significativa entre las variables de estudio con un coeficiente de contingencia, c = 0.71 y una Ji-cuadrado con α = 0.05 y 5 Gl para una tabla de contingencia de X2calculado= 262,00 mayor que el valor de la X2 Tabla= 11,070. Con la cual se rechazó la H, que afirmaba que entre 0 Declaratoria de fábrica y el tráfico jurídico inmobiliario no existe relación.
