A questionnaire (pretest) was applied to both groups, then the respective treatment was made only to the experimental group and finally a questionnaire (posttest) was applied to both groups, in this way the effectiveness of the ARTP Program in the Significant Learning of the students. Regarding research methods, both logical methods (deductive, inductive, analytical - synthetic) and empirical methods (observation and experimentation) were used. The "ARTP" Program improves the Level of Significant Learning in the Area of ​​Personal Development Citizenship and Civics of students at the secondary level of the Private Integrated Educational Institution San Vicente de la Barquera de Huánuco -2019, as evidenced by the percentages obtained. There is a significant correlation of 0.69 between the variables: ARTP Program and Significant Learning; which is very positive from all points of view, since the hypothesis is validated.

There is a significant correlation of 0.69 between the variables: ARTP Program and Significant Learning; which is very positive from all points of view, since the hypothesis is validated.El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo: determinar el grado de efectividad del Programa “ARTP” en el Aprendizaje Significativo del Área de Desarrollo Personal Ciudadanía y Cívica  de los estudiantes del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Integrada Privada San Vicente de la  Barquera de Huánuco – 2019; para ello, se hizo uso del diseño cuasi experimental con pretest y postest; la muestra estuvo constituida por un total de 52 estudiantes, divididos en dos secciones: “A” y “B”; ambas con 26 estudiantes respectivamente. La primera representa al grupo experimental y la segunda al grupo control. Se aplicó un cuestionario (pretest) a ambos grupos, luego se hizo el tratamiento respectivo solo al grupo experimental y finalmente se aplicó un cuestionario (postest) a ambos grupos, de esta manera se pudo determinar la efectividad del Programa ARTP en el Aprendizaje Significativo de los estudiantes. En cuanto a los métodos de investigación, se utilizaron tanto los métodos lógicos (deductivo, inductivo, analítico – sintético) como los métodos empíricos (observación y experimentación). El Programa “ARTP” mejora el nivel de Aprendizaje Significativo del Área de Desarrollo Personal Ciudadanía y Cívica de los estudiantes del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Integrada Privada San Vicente de la Barquera de Huánuco -2019, tal como se evidencia con los porcentajes obtenidos.
