Sumario: | The objective was to determine the relationship between psychosocial factors at work and good organizational practices of prevention and control perceived by the workers of a hospital in Huánuco in 2019. It was a descriptive, relational, analytical, prospective and cross-sectional study in a sample of 62 workers from the Hospital II EsSalud, Red Asistencial Huánuco, who were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and to whom two questionnaires were applied on psychosocial factors at work and on good practices in the prevention and control of risks at work. The data were subsequently entered into the Excel statistical software and SPSS V22. The results were obtained from the existence of a relationship between exposure to workplace conditions, workload, the content and characteristics of the task, the work requirements of the task, the work role, social interaction, organizational aspects of work, as well as remuneration of work performance with good organizational practices, indicating that the low risk of exposure to psychosocial factors at work is related to good organizational practices [X2 = 37,1; X2 = 31,2; 31,2; X2 = 16,5; X2 = 20,9; X2 = 12,6; X2 = 5,2; with p 0,05]. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between exposure to psychosocial risk factors and the development of good organizational practices [X2 = 20.9; p = 0.00]. |
