Two validated questionnaires were applied to measure product quality and customer satisfaction based on the Likert scale; likewise, cronbach's alpha was used for instrument reliability. Spearman's rho test was used for inferential analysis. Results. For the quality variable and its dimensions, we found ratings above 4, that is, above the satisfied scale. The dimension with the highest rating was safety (4.57), followed by responsiveness (4.47), the rest having similar values, but slightly lower. Regarding the satisfaction variable, the dimensions of level of satisfaction and perceived performance stood out with an average of 4.3, followed by the dimension of expectations with 4.2. Conclusion. There is a significant and direct relationship between the quality of imported dermoesthetic products and customer satisfaction; with Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient equal to 0.874 and Sig.<0.001.Objetivo. Determinar la relación entre la calidad de productos dermoestéticos importados y satisfacción de clientes de una empresa farmacéutica de Lima, Perú 2022. Métodos. El estudio tuvo enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo observacional, transversal y el diseño fue no experimental descriptivo. La muestra no probabilística fue 119 usuarios. Se aplicó dos cuestionarios validados para medir calidad de producto y satisfacción del cliente en base a la escala de Likert; asimismo, para la confiabilidad de instrumentos se usó el alfa de cronbach. En el análisis inferencial se aplicó la prueba rho de Spearman. Resultados. Para la variable calidad y sus dimensiones tenemos valoraciones por encima de 4, es decir por encima de la escala de satisfecho. La dimensión con mayor valoración fue seguridad (4.57), seguida de la capacidad de respuesta (4.47), el resto tienen valores similares, pero ligeramente menores. Respecto a la variable de satisfacción destacaron las dimensiones del nivel de satisfacción y rendimiento percibido con un promedio de 4.3, seguido por la dimensión expectativas con 4.2. Conclusión.
