For this, a Qualitative Systematic Review was carried out, making it possible to conclude that investing in actions involving the STEAM approach represents a potential for innovating educational practices, as well as supporting the presence of girls in STEM areas.Este estudio discute la importancia de promover acciones de intervención en el contexto escolar, a través de la formación continuada del profesorado que involucre el enfoque STEAM, con vistas a hacer más atractivo el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje e incentivar el interés de más niñas por las áreas STEM. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una Revisión Sistemática Cualitativa, concluyendo que invertir en acciones que involucren el enfoque STEAM tiene el potencial de innovar las prácticas educativas, así como apoyar la presencia de las niñas en las áreas STEM.Este estudo apresenta discussões sobre a importância de promover ações interventivas no contexto escolar, por meio da formação continuada de professores envolvendo a abordagem STEAM, com vistas a tornar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem mais atrativo e incentivar que mais meninas se interessem por áreas STEM.
