This methodological proposal has been applied in the present study. A SWOT analysis has been carried out and then internal/external improvement differences have been sought based on comparative evaluations that focus on the weak points found to proceed to possible areas forimprovement. Allthis, within theframework of the internship in“training in research management” (UNDAC, 2017). This academic experience has been carried out from August 28 to September 01, 2017 at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Bogotá - Colombia. In this event, “26 teachers from School of Education Sciences of Universidad Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión de Pasco - Perú” (UNDAC, 2017) Objective. To identify, compare, learn and creatively apply the best practices in teacher training and basically in research management developed by Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Bogotá - Colombia. Higher Education Institution that has 1,049 teachers and 11,092 students. In addition, it is considered “the best university in the country in teacher training, as it is also important in social and pedagogical research tasks with a critical character” (Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Colombia, 2017). It also stands out for its teaching and student teams dedicated to research that is financially sponsored by Colciencias, through the Research Center. This organization articulates the administrative and academic part of research projects and publications of Indexed Journals, and it is complemented by cultural activities.

Dicha propuesta metodológica se ha aplicado en el presente estudio; específicamente se ha realizado el análisis DAFO y luego se han buscado las diferencias mejorables, internas/externas, en base a evaluaciones comparativas que enfocan los puntos débiles encontrados para proceder a posibles áreas de mejora. Todo ello, en el marco de la pasantía en “la formación en gestión de la investigación” (UNDAC, 2017). Esta experiencia académica se ha realizado del 28 de agosto al 1 de septiembre de 2017, en la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Bogotá -Colombia. En dicho evento, “participaron 26 docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión de Pasco – Perú” (UNDAC, 2017). El objetivo del benchmarking fue identificar, comparar, aprender y aplicar creativamente las mejores prácticas en la formación de profesores y básicamente en gestión de la investigación que desarrolla la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Bogotá, institución de Educación Superior que cuenta con 1049 profesores y 11 092 estudiantes. Además, es considerado  como “la mejor universidad del país en formación de profesores y maestros, como también se hace importante en labores de investigación social y pedagógica con carácter crítico” (Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Colombia,  2017). Destaca también por sus equipos docentes y sus estudiantes dedicados a la investigación con auspicio financiero de Colciencias, mediante el Centro de Investigaciones, organismo que articula la parte administrativa y académica de los proyectos de investigación y las publicaciones de revistas Indexadas que se complementa con actividades culturales.Benchmarking é "o processo sistemático de investigar, identificar, comparar e aprender com as melhores práticas de outras organizações, seja no mesmo setor ou não, analisando de forma ordenada o conjunto de fatores que influenciam seu sucesso, aprendendo com suas conquistas e aplicando-as em nossos próprios processos de melhoria" (Manene, 2011). Esta proposta metodológica foi aplicada no presente estudo; especificamente, foi realizada uma análise SWOT e depois foram buscadas diferenças internas/externas para melhoria, com base em avaliações comparativas que focalizam os pontos fracos encontrados a fim de proceder a possíveis áreas de melhoria. Tudo isso, no âmbito do estágio de "treinamento em gestão de pesquisa" (UNDAC, 2017). Esta experiência acadêmica ocorreu de 28 de agosto a 1 de setembro de 2017, na Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Bogotá -Colômbia. Neste evento, "participaram 26 professores da Faculdade de Ciências da Educação da Universidade Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión de Pasco - Peru" (UNDAC, 2017). O objetivo do benchmarking foi identificar, comparar, aprender e aplicar criativamente as melhores práticas na formação de professores e basicamente na gestão da pesquisa desenvolvida pela Universidade Pedagógica Nacional de Bogotá, uma instituição de Ensino Superior com 1049 professores e 11 092 alunos. Além disso, é considerada "a melhor universidade do país em formação e treinamento de professores, além de ser importante no trabalho de pesquisa social e pedagógica com caráter crítico" (Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Colombia, 2017).
