For all those reasons,  it is important to practice the critical and thoughtful attitude of the philosophy and the scientific pedagogy.El artículo aborda los fundamentos necesarios para promover la pedagogía crítica y transformadora, a cargo de los docentes universitarios, quienes tienen la elevada misión de formar a los futuros profesionales para el progreso del país. En este sentido, se busca incentivar el conocimiento y el cambio social, económico y educativo, en la perspectiva de lograr una sociedad humanista, justa, democrática, y superar el actual modelo económico y educativo neoliberal, que restringe el desarrollo nacional. Para ello, es imprescindible ejercer la actitud crítica, reflexiva y propositiva de la filosofía y la pedagogía científicas.O artigo aborda os fundamentos necessários para promover uma pedagogia crítica e transformadora, por professores universitários, que têm a elevada missão de formar futuros profissionais para o progresso do país. Neste sentido, o objetivo é incentivar o conhecimento e a mudança social, econômica e educacional, com vistas a alcançar uma sociedade humanista, justa e democrática, e superar o atual modelo econômico e educacional neoliberal, que restringe o desenvolvimento nacional.
