A study was carried out jointly with the organization's Human Resources department and with the Operations and Quality area, to determine, through an Ishikawa analysis, the cause and the most viable solution to reduce staff turnover, who joined the company. It is important to indicate that some data has been synthesized and others have been omitted for reasons of company confidentiality. In this study, it is concluded that an onboarding program is the most feasible to reduce the turnover of new personnel hired in the Operations and Quality department.El presente artículo exhibe la problemática de una empresa manufacturera establecida en el Estado de México, la cual exhibe niveles de rotación más altos de lo que proyecta anualmente la gerencia de la empresa, específicamente en el departamento de Operaciones y Calidad. Se realizó un estudio de forma conjunta con la dirección de Recursos Humanos de la organización y con el área de Operaciones y Calidad, para determinar mediante un análisis de Ishikawa la causa y la solución más viable para lograr reducir la rotación del personal que se incorporaba a la empresa. Es importante indicar que algunos datos han sido sintetizados y otros han sido omitidos por razones de confidencialidad de la empresa.
