El presente artículo exhibe elementos del proceso de percepción, los cuales permitirán entender en consecuencia, la teoría de la apreciación, de igual forma nombra algunos elementos fisiológicos y psicológicos que soportan tal teoría. En el desarrollo del trabajo se pretende comprobar si existen elementos teóricos que soporten la influencia de la teoría de la apreciación en la cultura organizacional. La técnica utilizada en la investigación es de tipo documental. Respecto al diseño de investigación, es de tipo no experimental, específicamente es un diseño transeccional correlacional. Finalmente, se concluye con sólidos elementos científicos que permiten establecer la influencia de la teoría de la apreciación en la cultura organizacional.

Digital platforms have had significant growth in recent years. The incorporation of new technologies was accentuated because of the Covid-19 pandemic, with Fintech being one of the areas that has achieved the greatest growth in Mexico. The objective of this work is to describe the evolution that Fintech has experienced in Mexico. The methodology of the manuscript lies in a documentary, descriptive and non-experimental research. This article presents the problem of a manufacturing company established in Estado de Mexico, which exhibits higher levels of turnover than what is projected annually by the company's management, specifically in the Operations and Quality department. A study was carried out jointly with the organization's Human Resources department and with the Operations and Quality area, to determine, through an Ishikawa analysis, the cause and the most viable solution to reduce staff turnover, who joined the company. It is important to indicate that some data has been synthesized and others have been omitted for reasons of company confidentiality. In this study, it is concluded that an onboarding program is the most feasible to reduce the turnover of new personnel hired in the Operations and Quality department.
