Descripción
Sumario:Digital platforms have had significant growth in recent years. The incorporation of new technologies was accentuated because of the Covid-19 pandemic, with Fintech being one of the areas that has achieved the greatest growth in Mexico. The objective of this work is to describe the evolution that Fintech has experienced in Mexico. The methodology of the manuscript lies in a documentary, descriptive and non-experimental research. It is concluded that Fintech generates benefits such as providing an efficient service for the user, since they do not depend on intermediaries that generate high commissions, they start from what the client really needs, they design the appropriate product and service to their needs, besides that for users, transactions are much easier. They also offer very different alternatives to traditional services, so they can be considered viable, tested and well accepted alternatives in the financial sector and by the public who have incorporated them into their daily lives.
