Data collection was carried out using the survey technique, and three questionnaires were developed: sociodemographic, on collaborative teaching work with a reliability of (>0.91), and on pedagogical management with a reliability of (>0.80), each validated by expert judgment. The analysis of the collected data confirms the general hypothesis, finding that there is a correlation between collaborative teaching work and pedagogical management with a correlation coefficient (p) of 0.6892, a p-value < 0.0001, and a 95% confidence interval between 0.5700 and 0.7864. Specific hypotheses were also confirmed.La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la correlación entre el trabajo colaborativo docente y la gestión pedagógica en instituciones educativas del distrito El Agustino, Lima. El análisis de las variables se realizó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, con diseño transversal de tipo correlacional. En el estudio participaron 143 docentes, quienes laboran en instituciones educativas públicas del distrito en los niveles secundario (45.45%), primario (20.28%) inicial (34.27%). Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y se elaboraron tres cuestionarios: sociodemográfico, sobre el trabajo colaborativo docente con una fiabilidad de (>0.91), y sobre la gestión pedagógica con una fiabilidad de (>0.80), cada uno validado por juicio de expertos.
