Sumario: | The main objective of this study is "to establish how digital government is related to teaching performance in the Postgraduate Unit of Systems and Computer Engineering of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos". Relating the dimensions "Digital Strategic Approach", "Technological Infrastructure", Objectives of "Digital Government" and "Digital Government Training", on the side of Digital Government vs. Technological Performance, Disciplinary Performance, Pedagogical Performance by the Teaching Performance. "The hypothesis is that the Digital Government is positively related to the Teaching Performance in the Postgraduate Unit in Systems and Computer Engineering of the National University of San Marcos, 2020". The focus of the study is quantitative, likewise, its scope is descriptive with a non-experimental correlational design. "The sample is made up of 20 teachers from the Systems and Computer Engineering Postgraduate Unit of the National University of San Marcos." The results of the research suggest that there is a strong relationship between "Digital Government" and "Teaching Performance", with Spearman's correlation coefficient being .776, which indicates a high correlation. |
