"Our Carmelite Savior" VMT, 2022; the same as, was collected with the survey questionnaire applied according to the sample of 310 students, 197 parents, 119 teaching and administrative staff, said information was tabulated through statistical techniques and its subsequent treatment, developing for its analysis the application of descriptive statistical techniques of frequency by dimensions and for its correlation treatment the Pearson R correlation technique calculated with SPSS, Vs. 26, was used, finding the results, with an index of 0.971 pts., with a freedom index of 0.026, reaching a typical error index of 0.042 points. the same one that is less than 0.050 pts. allowed, which determines a significance in the relationship to shared leadership positively impacts the school management of the I.E.
