description En the current era, the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge occur swiftly, generating the need to update the way it is obtained and, above all, how information is managed. For this reason, it is of utmost importance that students, especially university students, cultivate the ability to handle information efficiently. The aim of this study was to determine the influence exerted by the application of flipped learning on the development of proper management of academic information in trainee teachers at the National University "San Luis Gonzaga," Ica-Peru. The adopted approach was quantitative with a pre-experimental design. The sample consists of 27 intentionally and conveniently selected students. An evaluation rubric with five assessment criteria and 10 items was applied, validated through Cronbach's alpha, and obtained high reliability (0.852). For the hypothesis test, the obtained p-value (0.0000) supports the significance of the difference in favor of post-test results compared to pre-test results. When implementing flipped learning, the overall classroom averages regarding the variable of academic information management increased significantly. It was concluded that the use of flipped learning positively and significantly influences the development of the dependent variable and that its use is highly beneficial in fostering various skills in students, such as managing the information they require.

Por esta razón, es de suma importancia que los estudiantes, especialmente los universitarios, cultiven la habilidad de manejar la información de manera eficiente. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la influencia que ejerce la aplicación del aprendizaje invertido en el desarrollo de una adecuada gestión de la información académica en docentes en formación de la Universidad Nacional “San Luis Gonzaga”, Ica-Perú. El enfoque asumido fue el cuantitativo con diseño preexperimental. La muestra asciende a 27 estudiantes seleccionados de manera intencional y por conveniencia. Se aplicó una rúbrica de evaluación con cinco criterios de evaluación y 10 ítems, validada mediante el alfa de Cronbach y que obtuvieron alta confiabilidad (0,852). Para el contraste de hipótesis el p-valor obtenido (0,0000) admite la significatividad de la diferencia a favor de los resultados de la evaluación postest con respecto a los del pretest. Al aplicar el aprendizaje invertido los promedios generales de aula en lo que respecta a la variable gestión de la información académica se incrementaron notablemente. Se concluyó en que la utilización del aprendizaje invertido influye positiva y significativamente en el desarrollo de la variable dependiente y que su empleo es de gran utilidad para promover en los estudiantes capacidades diversas como gestionar la información que requieran.Na época atual, a aquisição e disseminação do conhecimento ocorrem de forma ágil, gerando a necessidade de atualizar a maneira como ele é obtido e, acima de tudo, como a informação é gerenciada. Por essa razão, é de extrema importância que os estudantes, especialmente os universitários, cultivem a habilidade de lidar com informações de maneira eficiente. O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar a influência exercida pela aplicação da aprendizagem invertida no desenvolvimento de uma gestão adequada de informações acadêmicas em professores em formação na Universidade Nacional "San Luis Gonzaga", em Ica, Peru. A abordagem adotada foi quantitativa com design pré-experimental. A amostra é composta por 27 alunos selecionados de forma intencional e conveniente. Foi aplicada uma rubrica de avaliação com cinco critérios de avaliação e 10 itens, validada através do alfa de Cronbach, e obteve alta confiabilidade (0,852). Para o teste de hipóteses, o valor-p obtido (0,0000) confirma a significância da diferença a favor dos resultados do pós-teste em comparação com os resultados do pré-teste. Ao aplicar a aprendizagem invertida, as médias gerais da sala de aula em relação à variável gestão de informações acadêmicas aumentaram consideravelmente.
