Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que el balance vida-trabajo representa un predictor del engagement laboral (F(3,77) = 20.94, p < .001). Asimismo, se encontró una diferencia significativa en los puntajes de engagement laboral entre docentes mujeres y hombres (t (79) = 1.77; p = .04).
