Los resultados confirman que la descoordinación administrativa y la falta de directrices claras limitan significativamente la calidad y la efectividad de la EIB en esta escuela. Además, la carencia de recursos adecuados y la deficiente capacitación docente son problemas críticos. La percepción de que la EIB es más apropiada para áreas rurales también obstaculiza su aceptación en ámbitos urbanos. Un hallazgo notable es la ausencia de un liderazgo escolar consolidado, ya que la dirección siempre ha estado a cargo de docentes sin una designación oficial, lo que agrava la situación. Por otro lado, la deficiente infraestructura de la escuela y la escasa participación comunitaria también emergen como factores limitantes. Los resultados de esta investigación son relevantes para una mejor formulación de políticas educativas y sirven como referencia para evaluar la EIB en otras comunidades indígenas urbanas, destacando la urgencia de abordar estas limitaciones para garantizar una EIB urbana de calidad.

Comunidad Shipiba, evaluating its alignment with the Bilingual Intercultural Educational Service Model. It is posited that the lack of planning and coordination among government levels, insufficient resources and capacities, and resistance to BIE in urban areas are the main obstacles. The results confirm that administrative miscoordination and the lack of clear guidelines significantly limit the quality and effectiveness of BIE at this school. Additionally, the lack of adequate resources and insufficient teacher training are critical issues. The perception that BIE is more appropriate for rural areas also hinders its acceptance in urban settings. A notable finding is the absence of consolidated school leadership, as the management has always been handled by teachers without an official designation, worsening the situation. Furthermore, the school's inadequate infrastructure and limited community participation also emerge as limiting factors.
