Así también, se analizan las dos vías existentes en nuestra normativa procesal para lidiar con la cuestión prejudicial, de forma que expongamos los problemas que cada una de estas vías manifiestan a nivel procesal para todas las partes procesales, incluido los jueces. Por último, buscamos plantear una vía alternativa que reside en otra figura procesal bastante conocida: la excepción. De esa manera, analizamos como la prejudicialidad puede ser recogida como una excepción procesal, sin la necesidad de un cambio legislativo, sino en una interpretación de la norma que deberán realizar los directores del proceso: nuestros jueces.

Furthermore, we examine the two existing avenues within our procedural framework for addressing the prejudicial issue, in order to outline the challenges that each of these avenues presents at the procedural level for all parties involved, including judges. Finally, we seek to propose an alternative approach that resides in another wellknown procedural concept: the exception.
