Así como la aguja de Abrams Para biopsias pleurales, se destaca los resultados obtenidos en este estudio, los que son superiores a similares, en los que no se realizó el Dosaje de ADA. Reportan como resultados finales por diagnósticos etiológicos, un 65.6%, Para TBC Pleural; 14.5% Neoplasias, 11.5% derrames Piógenos, 6.1% Congestivos y sólo 2.3% inespecíficos

It was incorporated the ADENOSIN DEAMINASA DOSAGE (ADA), in the diagnoses of this Pathology. The association ADA Pleural biopsy obtained ethiologic diagnostics in 97.7% of cases. Authors recommend the application of this diagnostic test in all hospitals levels I, Il and Ill for being simple Proce duress undertaken in ambulatory Patients, obtaining early and more precise diagnosis; avoiding hospital reference and long periods of hospitalization. They also recommend a reference system of samples to hospitals for those establishments that not have available laboratory and Pathology services. They recommend Abrams needle for Pleural biopsy, detaching the results obtained in this study; which are superior to similar ones with no ADA test undertaken. They report ethiologic diagnostics in 65.6% for TBC.
