En la segunda parte exponemos las dos estrategias auditivas para el fortalecimiento de las lenguas, que consideramos pertinente desarrollar en contextos rurales; los podcasts y las canciones en quechua. De esta manera, proponemos integrar estrategias tradicionales con las modernas tecnologías de la información y comunicación para el fortalecimiento lingüístico del quechua.

We begin, in the first part, by analyzing the situation of Quechua, then we will approach the idea of "linguistic strengthening" which will be the axis of our concerns, and, finally, we will enter into the role of Intercultural Bilingual Education in this issue. In the second part, we will present the two auditory strategies for language strengthening that we consider pertinent to develop in rural contexts: podcasts and songs in Quechua. In this way, we propose to integrate traditional strategies with modern information and communication technologies for the linguistic strengthening of Quechua.
