Un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal; correlacional. En una población de 25 profesionales de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Regional de Lambayeque a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos el Cuestionario de Evaluación de Factores Psicosociales y el Maslach Burnout Inventory. Se encontró en la población un 88 % de mujeres, 84 % de casados, y un 84 % de profesionales con hijos; el 52 % de los trabajadores tenían más de 3 años de servicio y el 60 % tenía menos de 6 meses trabajando en el área; los factores psicosociales frecuentemente en el 80% de los profesionales de enfermería; en referencia al Síndrome de Burnout se determinó que el 100 % de la población de enfermeros presento abandono de realización personal alto; el 84 % presentaron riesgo medio de Síndrome de Burnout. Concluyendo que “no existe relación entre los factores psicosociales y el riesgo de Síndrome Burnout de los profesionales de enfermería, del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Regional Lambayeque – 2020”.
