El estudio realizado corresponde a una investigación de carácter cuantitativo en una muestra de 25 estudiantes del 5° grado de la Institución Educativa Primaria Nº 64458-B Vista Alegre de Iparia - 2018. El enunciado del objetivo fue: Determinar los efectos del uso de los recursos educativos reciclados en las capacidades matemáticas en los estudiantes del 5° grado de la Institución Educativa Primaria Nº 64458- B Vista Alegre de Iparia - 2018; y la hipótesis planteada: El uso de los recursos educativos reciclados produce efectos significativos en las capacidades matemáticas en los estudiantes del 5° grado de la Institución Educativa Primaria Nº 64458-B Vista Alegre de Iparia - 2018. La investigación fue aplicada, de nivel explicativo y de muestra no probabilística. Los datos fueron procesados a través de los siguientes estadígrafos: la media, la mediana, moda y desviación estándar y la prueba t de Student, al 0,05 de significancia. La principal conclusión a la que se arribó considera que el uso de los recursos educativos reciclados ha producido efectos significativos en las capacidades matemáticas en los estudiantes del 5° grado de la Institución Educativa Primaria Nº 64458- B Vista Alegre de Iparia - 2018. ABSTRACT The study carried out corresponds to a quantitative research in a sample of 25 students of the fifth grade of the Primary Educational Institution No. 64458-B Vista Alegre de Iparia - 2018. The enuncied objective: To determine the effects of the use of recycled educational resources on mathematical abilities in the fifth grade students of the Primary Educational Institution No. 64458-B Vista Alegre de Iparia - 2018; and the proposed hypothesis: The use of recycled educational resources has significant effects on the mathematical abilities of the fifth grade students of the Primary Educational Institution No. 64458-B Vista Alegre de Iparia - 2018. Investigation was applied, with an explanatory level and a non-probabilistic methodology. The data were processed through the following statistics: the mean, the median, the mode and the standard deviation, and the Student's test, at 0.05 of significance. The main conclusion reached is that the use of recycled educational resources has produced significant effects on the mathematical abilities of the fifth grade students of Primary Educational Institution No. 64458-B Vista Alegre de Iparia - 2018.
