En la actualidad es un desafío establecer un trabajo de investigación bajo la búsqueda de explicaciones sobre la concepción del docente universitario en su práctica educativa, a partir de los procesos psicológicos, que tiende a promover la internalización y la efectividad de la dinámica enseñanza-aprendizaje; es decir sus actitudes, las cuales se estructuran por la cognición, motivación y comportamientos. La investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar las actitudes andragógicas de docentes de dominio social de un instituto de educación superior de la ciudad de Guayaquil. elationship between socioeconomic status and school dropout among high school students. The methodology used was quantitative, with a hypothetical-deductive approach and a non-experimental design. A population of 270 students was identified, from which a representative sample of 200 students was selected from a public school offering extraordinary education. Two specific questionnaires were designed: the first addresses the social factors that may influence students' educational experience, and the second focuses on identifying the causes and patterns of school dropout. Existe un amplio consenso de que la gestión del conocimiento representa un activo que puede ser aprovechado por diferentes organizaciones siempre que se incorpore en el marco de una cultura organizacional. En ese contexto la investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la influencia de la cultura organizacional en la gestión del conocimiento en instituciones de educación básica. Investigación básica tomada de un diseño no experimental, correlacional, tomó una muestra de 150 docentes. The research focused on determining the results of a research skills program in the strengthening of cognitive-conceptual scientific competence in high school students of an educational unit in Quito, Ecuador. The methodology of quantitative approach, and quasi-experimental design, a questionnaire of scientific competencies was used as an instrument and had a non-probabilistic sample, for convenience of 85 students, distributed equally between the experimental group (43 students) and the control group (42 students) belonging to the third year of high school. This research sought to evaluate the impact of a gamified resource program on inclusive education learning and the strengthening of inclusive skills in university students in the city of Machala, Ecuador; focusing on knowledge and understanding. The research has a quantitative approach, with a quasi-experimental design, used an Educational Inclusion questionnaire with multiple options which was based on a Likert scale, was used as a data collection instrument, with a representative sample of 60 students of the seventh semester of the Pedagogy of Experimental Sciences career. The objective of this study was to investigate the correlation of organizational learning on the professional development of teachers in an educational unit in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The methodology used was quantitative, non-experimental and correlational in scope, with a sample of 100 teachers. Cronbach's alpha was used to validate the data collection instruments, obtaining high reliability indexes, and chi-square was used to evaluate the independence between categorical variables and to determine the significant association between them. The research focused on analyzing how a program of playful activities influences the development of mathematical thinking in early childhood children who attend the preparatory education level, a process of transition between mathematical notions and the basic contents of this area of knowledge. The study used a quantitative methodology and quasi-experimental design based on the comparison of an experimental and a control group. The study population included 70 students aged 5 to 6 years. Initially, a diagnosis was applied based on the mathematical thinking questionnaire that obtained a reliability level of A=.855, through which shortcomings were evidenced in both groups. The final results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group, while the control group showed no significant changes.

The study presented focused on analyzing the influence of project-based learning on the development of soft skills in four-year-old infants from an Educational Institution in Guayaquil, considering that based on a previous study it was determined that most children had difficulties in self-regulating their emotions, having a positive vision or showing empathy with their peers.
