Determina si el uso de instrumentos financieros derivados influye en la gestión financiera de las empresas de comercio exterior que cotizan en la Bolsa de Valores de Lima (Perú) en el período 2013 a 2017 y se ha comparado con el mercado de derivados chileno (Bolsa de Valores de Santiago). Para tal efecto, utiliza la investigación científica con la finalidad de ampliar el conocimiento sobre el uso de instrumentos financieros derivados en nuestro país. El estudio recopila la información a gerentes de las empresas del sector de alimentos y del sector minero que cotizan en la Bolsa de Valores de Lima. This study aimed to explore the state of digital transformation in Peruvian companies from the perspective of their leaders. The research had an exploratory and descriptive scope, with a mixed-methods approach, and focused on identifying the progress of digital transformation processes within organizations.
