El uso del apósito transparente con Gluconato de Clorhexidina 2% es una buena alternativa para la cura del orificio de inserción del catéter venoso central ya que, además de una reducción de los costos, permite una reducción del número de manipulaciones al tener una duración de 7 días, permite una visualización permanente del orificio y aporta mayor seguridad para el paciente y así evitar incidencias de infecciones.

One of main factors identified as explaining forest loss and degradation in the Selva (the Peruvian Amazon) is the migration of people from the Sierra (Andes highlands), where agricultural conditions are severe, to forest areas in the Selva in search of new land. This paper aims at clarifying the characteristics and process of migration based on interviews with local people near Pucallpa, Ucayali Department, where forest loss and degradation has advanced in recent decades. The gold-silver artisanal operations carried out throughout the Peruvian territory are characterized by having low recoveries of precious metals, being carried out in poor working conditions and generating negative consequences in the ecosystem, which was the basis of the approach to our problem. For this, a representative sample of a batch of amalgamation tailings in the department of Puno was investigated with a tested head of 19.58 gr/TM of Au, 159.67 gr/TM of Ag and 10.53 ppm of Hg. The optical microscopy report indicated the presence of gold, pyrite, magnetite, hematite, Ilmenite, rutile and gangue.
