El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene por objetivo reducir la accidentabilidad en la Subgerencia de Limpieza Pública de la Municipalidad de Carabayllo, descifrar de qué manera la implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional reduce la frecuencia y gravedad de los accidentes, resultado no perder días de trabajo por descansos médicos. El interés de este estudio inicia en la ausencia de un sistema para disminuir los accidentes ocurridos, ya que existen riesgos en las instalaciones y por la misma actividad que esta subgerencia realiza. El trabajo de investigación titulado "Gestión de la seguridad industrial en el sector eléctrico, Lima - 2021” tuvo como objetivo analizar la gestión de la seguridad industrial en el sector eléctrico, Lima – 2021. En el aspecto metodológico, se desarrolló una investigación de tipo cualitativa, abordándose desde la fenomenología, utilizado la entrevista como instrumento aplicado a trabajadores que cuentan con experiencia y conocimientos en la seguridad industrial eléctrica, con la finalidad de descubrir su punto de vista a través de sus experiencias, las cuales fueron grabadas a través de la plataforma Zoom, y transcritas a las guías de entrevistas respectivamente.
