Esta investigación, sostiene que la toma de decisiones es un proceso en el que se integran la inteligencia emocional y la inteligencia cognitiva, en acciones orientadas a alcanzar el logro en lo que el colaborador se propone; esta investigación tiene el siguiente objetivo, Determinar la relación entre la inteligencia emocional con la toma de decisiones para alcanzar el logro de las metas de los colaboradores de las PYMES Lima, 2020. Tuvo una metodología no experimental, cuantitativa, correlacional y propositiva, cuenta con una población de 12,200 colaboradores y tuvo una muestra de 2,477. Tuvo un resultado de pearson de ,830, lo que indica que, dentro de las empresas pequeñas de Lima, es un indicador importante la inteligencia emocional para poder enfrentar la toma de decisiones, considerando que muchas empresas pueden fracasar si no cuidan de su personal y la inteligencia emociona...

El propósito del estudio fue determinar si existe relación significativa entre la inteligencia emocional y el desempeño laboral, en los docentes de la Universidad Peruana Unión Filial Tarapoto, 2017. La investigación es de tipo correlacional, porque evalúa el grado de asociación o relación entre dos o más variables. El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental, transversal, porque se realizó sin manipular las variables. La población total fue 103 docentes, compuesta por hombres y mujeres de diferentes edades, grado de instrucción, estado civil, experiencia profesional, en la investigación se encuestó solo a 82 docentes de tiempo completo y que imparten clases 12 horas, mínimo. Objective: To know the expectations of the tourist as a user of the motorcycle taxi service in thecity of Tarapoto, using the principal component analysis technique. Method: A descriptive levelresearch was analyzed, with a non-experimental cross-sectional research design. The sample wasmade up of 150 tourists using the motorcycle taxi service. The variable “motorcycle taxi serviceexpectations” was grouped into four main components that include 59.03% of the total varianceexplained. Results: The main components found for the model are called: component 1, drivercompliance; component 2, passenger comfort; component 3, personal image of the driver andcomponent 4, respect for the environment. This research aims to determine the relationship between Endomarketing, organizational commitment, and employee satisfaction at the Seventh-day Adventist Educational Association of the Northeast Peru Mission, 2019. The scope of the study is correlational with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, which applied a non-probability sample made up of 125 collaborators, in the five Adventist schools belonging to the Northeast Peru Mission, who applied the Endomarketing questionnaire created by Bhonemberger, the organizational commitment scale created by Meller and Allen and the scale of job satisfaction created by Sonia Palma.
