Introduction: Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a worldwide public health crisis. The World Health Organization (WHO) established a priority list of resistant bacteria to guide research and alternatives for improvement. Objective: To describe the scientific production of Peru on AMR of bacteria prioritized by the World Health Organization, between 2012 and 2021. Methods: Observational descriptive study of bibliometric type in journals indexed in Scopus during the period 2012-2021. The selection of studies and data extraction were performed manually in duplicate. Resistant bacteria studied were classified based on priority (critical, high, and medium). Results: A total of 118 articles were included. During the period 2014-2021, the number of publications increased. The articles published in English accounted for 61.9%, 98.3% had their affiliation in Peru, and 77.1% were conducted in Lima....

Objetivo: Determinar las características y los factores asociados al tiempo de espera para rehabilitación en pacientes con amputación del Departamento de Medicina Física y Rehabilitación del Hospital Rebagliati. Materiales y métodos: Estudio transversal analítico con datos de historias clínicas, entre mayo 2017 y mayo 2019. Resultados: Se incluyeron 180 pacientes con amputación. 64,4% tenían 59 años o más, 78,9% fueron de sexo masculino y 78,9% no habían sido atendidos previamente (nuevos). 70,6% fueron amputados por causa vascular. 85,6% tuvieron amputación del miembro inferior, mayormente por arriba de rodilla. El tiempo de espera para rehabilitación prolongado (de tres meses o más) fue más común en pacientes nuevos o con 69 años a más. Objective: To determine the characteristics and factors associated with waiting time for rehabilitation in patients with amputation from the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department of Rebagliati Hospital. Materials and methods: Retrospective cohort with data from medical records between May 2017 and May 2019. Results: A total of 180 patients with amputation were included. 64.4% were 59 years or older, 78.9% were male, and 78.9% were new patients who had not been previously attended. 70.6% had amputation due to vascular causes. 85.6% had lower limb amputation, mostly above the knee. Prolonged waiting time for rehabilitation (three months or more) was more common in new patients or those aged 69 years or older.
