En este trabajo de investigación, se realizo el Análisis Químico – Bromatológico de agua de consumo de los caseríos del distrito de Laredo provincia de Trujillo 2015, realizado en el Laboratorio de Bromatología y Nutrición de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, para lo cual se tomaron 23 muestras de 1 litro cada una de las distintas redes de distribución; los métodos que se utilizaron para las diferentes pruebas fueron las señaladas por el Código Sanitario de Alimentos; siendo los resultados los siguientes: Caracteres organolépticos, Oxidabilidad por Materia Orgánica, Alcalinidad, Dureza, y pH; dentro de los parámetros normales, y Cloro residual menor de 0.02 mg/mL. Del análisis de los resultados, se concluye que todas las muestras analizadas, son aptas para el consumo.
