The objective of this scientific research was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of nursing attitude in the management of patients limited to therapeutic effort in the Intensive Care Unit of the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital. The study is quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 20 nursing professionals from the ICU. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the dichotomous scale applied to our study. The growth probability of Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris CRA 7152 in orange juice was studied in different product conditions. The microorganism response was monitored until 47 days of storage in different conditions of pH (3 to 5.8), soluble solids (11 to 19°Brix), temperature (20 to 54°C) and nisin concentration (0 to 70 IU/ml). Growth/no growth data were modeled by the polynomial logistics regression model. The concordance of the obtained model was 96.3% indicating good fitting of observed data. The results showed fast growth in the conditions 0 IU nisin/ml juice, pH 4.4 and 15oBrix, at 35oC. For 70 IU nisin/ml there was no growth, pH 4.4, at 37oC, up to 47 days of storage. Simple juices (11°Brix) with pHs between 3.5 to 3.7 can keep stable and withstand abuse temperatures up to 36°C, since added in 70IU nisin/ml, extending its shelf life. La presente investigación, de tipo Descriptivo Correlacional de corte transversal, se realizó en las mujeres del Centro Poblado Alto Trujillo, El Porvenir, durante los meses de Marzo 2013 – Febrero 2014, con la finalidad de indagar los factores que influyen en la práctica de prevención contra el cáncer de cuello uterino. Octopus mimus Gould, 1852 is an important benthic resource in the Peruvian artisanal fishery and is always in demand on the international market. Bibliographic antecedents about the culture of this species for Southeastern Pacific are few. The present study was made in the Center of Aquaculture "La Arena", Casma, Peru. The experiments were carried out in fiber glass tanks and long-line in the sea. Feeding was made with fish, crustaceans and mollusk and also was tested with wet pellets ("piensos humedos"), the last one being accepted after an starvation period. For copulation the biggest specimens were chosen (1,5 kg). Differences were observed in growth for those reared in the pools (185 and 369 g/month), the growth rate was greater than that of those in the lines of culture (120,6 g/month). El presente proyecto, consiste en la fabricación y comercialización de calzado de cuero lujo personalizado hecho a la medida por un artesano según inspiración de cada mujer, generando un producto único, con un estilo de vida sofisticado, con rango de edades de 25 a 54 años. Iniciamos este proyecto debido a la investigación de mercado donde se mostró la demanda insatisfecha en la calidad y la falta de personalización en un calzado de cuero, es por ello que decidimos crear una experiencia o interacción con el cliente en el proceso de compra.
