This systematic review explored the impact of pedagogical coaching on human talent management and teacher perf ormance over the past f our years. A qualitative approach was employed using the PRISMA methodology to conduct searches in the f ollowing databases:Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex, the University of César Vallejo library, and other relevant databases.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. For inclusion, articles published between 2021 and 2024 that addressed pedagogicalcoaching in the context of human talent management and teacher perf ormance were considered, while studies that did not f ocus on educational contexts, were not peer-reviewed, or were not available in f ull text were excluded. Este estudio obtuvo como objetivo diseñar un modelo de gestión del talento humano para mejorar el monitoreo y acompañamiento pedagógico a los docentes de una institución educativa, en línea con el ODS N° 4 sobre garantizar una educación de calidad, es fundamental gestionar eficazmente el talento humano para apoyar tanto a directivos como a docentes, fomentando competencias como trabajo en equipo, creatividad y una toma de decisiones asertiva. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, se aplicó a una muestra no probabilística de 85 colaboradores. Los datos se obtuvieron a través de encuestas con cuestionarios. Los hallazgos revelaron que una gran parte los directivos y profesores de una institución educativa en Piura no fomentan la gestión del talento humano, un factor esencial para el monitoreo y acompañamiento pedagógico.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of articulated management models on improving educational quality and equity in Peru. Through a systematic review of the literature with a qualitative approach that applied the PRISMA methodology in the search i n the databases: Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, and the library of the César Vallejo University, various studies are identif ied that explore the characteristics, implementation and results of these models. The results showed that articulated management model s have signif icant potential to improve the quality of teaching and learning, especially when the participation of the educational c ommunity is promoted and transformative leadership is available. This study aimed to analyze the trends and approaches of strategic planning in the management of educational institutions based on a systematic review of the literature of the last five years. Through a comprehensive analysis of 10 studies, the main challenges and opportunities in the implementation of strategic planning in the educational field were identified. The results of the review reveal the importance of strategic planning as a tool to improve educational quality, optimize resources and respond to the demands of an increasingly complex educational environment.
