El presente estudio tuvo como propósito desarrollar un modelo de planificación estratégica para fortalecer los compromisos de gestión en las instituciones educativas del sector Veintiséis de Octubre de Piura en 2024. Se destaca la importancia de priorizar el presupuesto en educación para garantizar el cumplimiento del cuarto Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS). Esto implica asegurar la gratuidad en la enseñanza, contar con docentes bien capacitados, disponer de infraestructura adecuada y garantizar el acceso a tecnologías educativas. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental, y se aplicó a una muestra no probabilística de 288 docentes de dos instituciones educativas. This study aimed to analyze the trends and approaches of strategic planning in the management of educational institutions based on a systematic review of the literature of the last five years. Through a comprehensive analysis of 10 studies, the main challenges and opportunities in the implementation of strategic planning in the educational field were identified. The results of the review reveal the importance of strategic planning as a tool to improve educational quality, optimize resources and respond to the demands of an increasingly complex educational environment. However, recurring challenges are identified, such as lack of staff training, resistance to change and scarcity of resources. This systematic review explored the impact of pedagogical coaching on human talent management and teacher perf ormance over the past f our years. A qualitative approach was employed using the PRISMA methodology to conduct searches in the f ollowing databases:Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex, the University of César Vallejo library, and other relevant databases.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. For inclusion, articles published between 2021 and 2024 that addressed pedagogicalcoaching in the context of human talent management and teacher perf ormance were considered, while studies that did not f ocus on educational contexts, were not peer-reviewed, or were not available in f ull text were excluded. This study aimed to analyze the impact of articulated management models on improving educational quality and equity in Peru. Through a systematic review of the literature with a qualitative approach that applied the PRISMA methodology in the search i n the databases: Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, and the library of the César Vallejo University, various studies are identif ied that explore the characteristics, implementation and results of these models.
