El estudio tuvo como objetivo diseñar un modelo de gestión articulado para mejorar el desempeño docente en una Institución Educativa de Sullana. La investigación descriptiva y de corte transversal, se utilizó un cuestionario el cual fue validado por cinco expertos con un total de 38 preguntas para las dos variables objeto de investigación empleando la escala de tipo Likert. Se encontró percepciones positivas referente a la planeación estratégica, con una difusión adecuada de la misión y visión, el trabajo colaborativo evidenció un ambiente favorable, de igual forma, se resaltó que la mayoría de los docentes desempeñan su labor de manera crítica y reflexiva, también se evidencia que los docentes se comprometen activamente en la mejora del aprendizaje, al investigar y aplicar estrategias didácticas que se ajustan a las necesidades educativas. This study aimed to analyze the impact of articulated management models on improving educational quality and equity in Peru. Through a systematic review of the literature with a qualitative approach that applied the PRISMA methodology in the search i n the databases: Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, and the library of the César Vallejo University, various studies are identif ied that explore the characteristics, implementation and results of these models. This systematic review explored the impact of pedagogical coaching on human talent management and teacher perf ormance over the past f our years. A qualitative approach was employed using the PRISMA methodology to conduct searches in the f ollowing databases:Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex, the University of César Vallejo library, and other relevant databases.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. For inclusion, articles published between 2021 and 2024 that addressed pedagogicalcoaching in the context of human talent management and teacher perf ormance were considered, while studies that did not f ocus on educational contexts, were not peer-reviewed, or were not available in f ull text were excluded. This study aimed to analyze the trends and approaches of strategic planning in the management of educational institutions based on a systematic review of the literature of the last five years. Through a comprehensive analysis of 10 studies, the main challenges and opportunities in the implementation of strategic planning in the educational field were identified. The results of the review reveal the importance of strategic planning as a tool to improve educational quality, optimize resources and respond to the demands of an increasingly complex educational environment. However, recurring challenges are identified, such as lack of staff training, resistance to change and scarcity of resources.
