La presente investigación se desarrolló en el departamento de San Martin. El objetivo principal de este estudio es conocer las preferencias demandadas por los estudiantes al momento de elegir una carrera universitaria, así también la preferencia de la universidad para realizar sus estudiossuperiores. El método de estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, de diseño transversal. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 1435 estudiantes de 14 a 20 años que vienen cursando del 3er año al 5to de secundaria la cual se tuvo como referencia las Provincias y Distritos de la Región San Martín. The present research was developed in the department of San Martin. The main objective of this study is to know the preferences demanded by the students at the time of choosing a university career, as well as the preference of the University for their higher education studies. The method of study was descriptive, cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 1435 students from 14 to 20 years to come coursing in 3rd year to the 5th of secondary which took as a reference the Provinces and Districts of the Region San Martin. This research aims to determine the relationship between Endomarketing, organizational commitment, and employee satisfaction at the Seventh-day Adventist Educational Association of the Northeast Peru Mission, 2019. The scope of the study is correlational with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, which applied a non-probability sample made up of 125 collaborators, in the five Adventist schools belonging to the Northeast Peru Mission, who applied the Endomarketing questionnaire created by Bhonemberger, the organizational commitment scale created by Meller and Allen and the scale of job satisfaction created by Sonia Palma. Un estudio desarrollado en un centro educativo de nivel superior post pandemia, con el propósito de determinar el modelo de marketing de servicios apoyado en ecuaciones estructurales siendo predictor de la satisfacción del usuario e imagen institucional, explicando y evaluando a través del modelo sus dimensiones del marketing de servicios en relación con la variable imagen y satisfacción del usuario. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo: determinar la relación entre el endomarketing, compromiso organizacional y satisfacción en los colaboradores de la ASEANOR 2017. El tipo de estudio es el correlacional, el diseño es el no experimental en la modalidad transversal, el cual se aplicó a una muestra no probabilística constituida por 125 colaboradores. En las cinco instituciones educativas adventistas pertenecientes a la MNO, se aplicó el cuestionario de endomarketing creado por Bhonemberger, la escala de compromiso organizacional creado por Meller y Allen y la escala de satisfacción laboral creado por Sonia Palma.
