Objectives: Knowing the levels of anemia and the proportion of children who received timely treatment and House Calls among children under three years of age attended at a Primary Healthcare Center of Lima Norte.  Materials and methods: Descriptive study based on a secondary source. Data were collected from the registry and follow-up of children with anemia corresponding to 2018 and the first quarter of 2019. Results: The analysis was carried out with 236 children, with a mean age of 11.82 months (SD: 5.82, range: 6 to 30), 56.8% (n = 134) represented by men and the remaining fraction by women. A 74.2% (n = 175) resulted with mild anemia and 25.8% (n = 61) with moderate anemia. A 97.9% received the first dose of ferrous sulfate; descending progressively from the second dose to 4.2% for the sixth dose.
