The study is aimed at assessing the problems of deforestation through the application of Geographic Information System, which is impacting the environment, for the purpose of showing the critical areas for better spatial and resource management, in this regard we set ourselves the following objectives: To study and analyze the deforestation and environmental change in order to interpret the resulting environmental impacts, Province of Padre Abad, in order to recommend measures to be taken for the management, environmental management are evolving as deforested areas. The automation of graphic information and graphs, as well as the formation of the database we involve the use of GIS functions to identify problems occurring in the landscape.

The study of “Model location of the timber industry and its environmental impact. Pucallpa - Ucayali region”. The purpose was the formulation of a model medereras location of industries and the impact on the environment in order to contribute to an appropriate urban planning. For this purpose were located and wood industries were georeferenced in the city of Pucallpa through thematic maps, building and adding to the base of graphic data and attribute information with correspondiete industrial logging companies. Then the mapping model is structured as logical sequences for the production of thematic maps that will serve for spatial analysis and monitoring of environmental impacts on air, water, soil, living organisms, especially human beings is shown.

El propósito del estudio sobre el “Modelo de localización de las industrias madereras y su impacto ambiental: Pucallpa-Región Ucayali” fue la formulación de un modelo de localización de las industrias madereras y el impacto en el medio ambiente con la finalidad de contribuir a un adecuado ordenamiento urbano. Para el efecto se localizaron y se georreferenciaron las industrias madereras en la ciudad de Pucallpa mediante mapas temáticos, construyendo y adicionando a la base de datos gráficos y su atributo con la información correspondiente de las empresas industriales madereras. Luego se estructuró el modelo cartográfico, como se muestra en las secuencias lógicas para la producción de mapas temáticos que servirá para el análisis espacial y monitorear los impactos ambientales en el aire, agua, suelo, los organismos vivos y especialmente el ser humano.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un modelo SIG para delimitar las áreas de influencia de los cambios del río, así como los humedales (bajiales, tahuampas, aguajales, etc.), con la finalidad de ubicar los lugares críticos; que servirá para un mejor conocimiento de la variación de las aguas y así planificar mejor el uso, las ocupaciones, el desarrollo sostenido y ambiental del área. To know this reality will allow us to propose guidelines that will direct the social policies for the above mentioned populations. In this article we check the situation from diverse approaches, trying to know in a detailed way the reality lived by the above mentioned populations, his failings, his expectations and the future that waits for them from the decisions that they themselves carry out.

The investigation «Migration Shipibo-conibo and sociocultural adaptation in the community of Nuevo San Juan, Pucallpa - Ucayali, 2007-2014» led us to the in-depth analysis of the sociocultural adaptation as a result of the migration phenomenon in the Shipibo-conibo population of the region, who face problems in their place of origin, which lead them to migrate to a location closer to the urban area. In this context, this migrant population, is subjected to a process of sociocultural adaptation, as part of the adaptation to the way of life in the place of destination and thus bring about a new social status with the aim of improving their expectations of life, translated into work improvements for adults and education for their children.

La investigación «Migración shipibo-conibo y adaptación sociocultural en la Comunidad Nuevo San Juan, Pucallpa - Ucayali, 2007-2014»1 nos condujo al análisis profundo de la adaptación sociocultural como consecuencia del fenómeno migratorio de la población shipibo-conibo de la región, quienes afrontan problemas en su lugar de origen, los cuales los conducen a migrar a un lugar más cercano al área urbana. En este contexto, dicha población migrante, se somete a un proceso de adaptación sociocultural, como parte de la adecuación al modo de vida en el lugar de destino y así lograr un nuevo estatus social con la finalidad de mejorar sus expectativas de vida, traducidos en mejoras laborales para los adultos y educativas para sus hijos.

The national teen pregnancy indicators still are in alarming numbers, the «Sociological study about the teen pregnancy in Ucayali region: 2000-2012» analyzes this phenomenon in the mentioned region. Taking as a point of stadistical reference the Encuesta Demográfica de Salud (ENDES) we analyze the evolution of the mentioned indicators. Also the fieldwork realized in the establishments of the MINSA in Pucallpa’s city, it allows us to get conclusions about the life experiences of the pregnant teenagers.

The national teen pregnancy indicators still are in alarming numbers, the «Sociological study about the teen pregnancy in Ucayali region: 2000-2012» analyzes this phenomenon in the mentioned region. Taking as a point of stadistical reference the Encuesta Demográfica de Salud (ENDES) we analyze the evolution of the mentioned indicators. Also the fieldwork realized in the establishments of the MINSA in Pucallpa’s city, it allows us to get conclusions about the life experiences of the pregnant teenagers.

When analyzing the evolution of development and social changes in the population of the districts of San Mateo de Otao and Callahuanca - Huarochirí 2017, we find a series of transformations, mainly in agriculture, originally from sustenance, to agriculture oriented towards marketing, for the internal and external market. This despite the shortage of water for irrigation, the abandonment of villages and annexes that are above 3,000 meters above sea level and the migration of the young population, detracting from the local workforce. We also verify the lack of attention to cultural heritage and education, in terms of health, primary care prevails.
