La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia que tiene la aplicación del Programa Gestión del Conocimiento en el desempeño docente de una institución educativa de Comas. La metodología utilizada corresponde al diseño experimental de clase cuasiexperimental. La población estuvo distribuida en grupo control y experimental, compuesta por 19 docentes cada uno. Al inicio para la recolección de información se utilizó en ambos grupos como instrumento la ficha de observación compuesta por 20 ítems. Posteriormente se aplicó el programa al grupo experimental, el cual constó de cuatro talleres con un total de 12 sesiones, desarrolladas a través de actividades de socialización, exteriorización, combinación, e interiorización. The migration of peoples to the capital has generated a break in the continuity and survival of their customs, their mother tongue. The latter is lost over time. In this case, it was investigated in the population of Shipibos, arriving from the Amazon to Lima, in which evidence was found that attempts to rescue part of that loss. In this article we analyze this intercultural phenomenon, in which, the Shipibo-Conibo in the new urban scene retain their ethnic identity, culture, customs; and its native language. Among the findings, we analyze the role of the Shipiba woman and the jungle school as a pillar for the conservation of that culture.
