This paper expose the design, development and evaluation of the Brief Systemic Therapy technique (Villarreal and Paz, 2015) applied to 40 patients (15 girls, 19 childs, 4 teenage women and 2 teenage men) in the state of Nayarit, Mexico during June 2019 to April 2022. A semi-structured interview was applied to the mother and/or father of each patient, were constructed analysis categories and review information about clinical records. We use the “Subjective Change” method (Castro, Krause y Frisancho, 2015), which is a whole of personal cognitions to support and optimizing personal assessment, generate behaviors andactions to improve life quality. The application of Brief Systemic Therapy support well-being of patients in affective, cognitive and behavioral areas.

The people of the Valles Region and specifically Ameca, Jalisco, México is a traditional society, apparently peaceful. However, in 2016 the Government of Jalisco State issued an Alert for Gender Violence against Women (AVGM), currently in force (https://www.jalisco.gob. mx/es/gobierno/ communications/alert-of-gender-violence-against-women, February 2016, paragraph 5). In addition to the above, there are factors such as gender inequality and the presence of cultural factors that promote stereotyped gender roles, found in the Diagnosis of Violence Against Women in Ameca (Municipal Institute for Women of Ameca -IMMA-, 2019 ) and the Situational Diagnosis of Women in Ameca (IMMA, 2019). Through a narrative research using guided interviews, photographic records and participant observation with members of the Theater Company of the University Center of the South of the University of Guadalajara (CTC) we analyze some of life skills obtained in six female members of the CTC who participated during two generations (the first starting in June 2011 and the second, starting in February 2014). The results showed that the student- actresses managed to develop their skills of self-knowledge, self-esteem, decision-making, creative thinking, critical thinking, empathy, management of emotions and feelings, management of tensions and stress, assertive communication, interpersonal relationships, and management of problems and conflicts.
