​The context of a medium-importance financial crisis-such as the 1914 one, at the beginning of the Great War, that would present a series of problems new to Peru, has given us the opportunity to probe into the practices and idiosyncrasies of the political members of the Peruvian State of that time. En este artículo se plantea laproblemática de la desvinculación y la desamortización de la propiedad urbana en el Perú durante el siglo xtx, tomando el caso del Convento de la Buenamuerte, en el contexto de la ya afianzada y perceptible región socioeconómica limeña. La institución de los padres camilos (o agonizantes) es una pequeña orden religiosa masculina establecida en Lima hacia finales de la Colonia. El autor pretende aproximarse a una serie de cuestiones generales relacionadas al tema central, con elfin de presentar una introducción útil y con miras a estudios posteriores, tomando como fuente principal la documentación de la Colección Terán depositada en el Archivo Arzobispal de Lima.

The aim of this article is to recall the need for historical research on haciendas and the rural world in Central Andean America, which has been neglected int the last decades. At the same time, however, it review the questions that need to be addressed in order to go beyond the generalisations or conceptualisations that were made, especially during the second half of the 20th century. This historiographical approach try to concentrate on three main issues: firstly, the origins and formation of the Andean hacienda; secondly, the problem of work and remuneration in the rural world; thirdly, the form of possession represented by haciendas and latifundios and their evolution, in the face of the disentailment and the end of ecclesiastical and civil mortmain of the 19th century, before the agrarian reforms of the 20th century.

The nature of the correspondent banking, in the particular case of Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) through its financial product BCP Agent, allows interconnection between enterprises (including SMEs) and implementation on behalf of BCP (entity that this channel promotes care) financial transactions that under other circumstances would be expensive to perform. So are some impacts on stakeholders: the companies and / or individuals as agents. Among the impacts, economic and noneconomic from this strategy, we have depth in the banking system to allow for minor operations closer to the population, and from a financial perspective there is a positioning of the BCP as an institution more inclusive the banking system.

This is an example of how peruvian coast is incorporated into the logic and dynamic of the global fresh food system and it assumes with asparagus a leadership position in the international market. Technological and producivity levels in the two valleys mentioned are different (in many factors, such as in productivity per hectare) as well as distances to collection and export centers; nevertheless, we perceive the leadership corporate tendency in complex agroindustrial modern corporates, combining the creation of R&D-based advantages, diversificating crops, targeting markets, and maintaining cheap labor cost exploitation.
