El estudio responde al objetivo de apoyar el desarrollo sostenible al reducir brechas y carencias en el marco de la educación en todos sus niveles. Su propósito fue determinar la influencia de la mentoría en la metodología de gestión del conocimiento en docentes investigadores de una universidad privada de Lima en 2024. Esta investigación, enmarcada en el paradigma positivista, se abordó desde un enfoque cuantitativo y con un diseño correlacional causal. La población del estudio estuvo compuesta por 400 docentes con experiencia en investigaciones realizadas con asesoría. Se seleccionó una muestra de 150 docentes mediante una fórmula finita y un muestreo probabilístico, donde las unidades de análisis fueron escogidas al azar.
